Working closely with the clients to provide the following:
- Coordinate meetings/trainings
- Train individuals/groups on various aspects of CLOUDS
- Provide hardware set up of computers and tablets for CLOUDS system
- Provide onsite training and support for CLOUDS and devices
- Troubleshooting and testing of CLOUDS and mobile tablet applications
- Provided Help Desk support over the phone and e-mail.
- Data entry and data transfer, corrections and updates
- Associate Degree or familiarization with CLOUDS.
- Competency in the use of computer and smart phone applications.
- Familiarization with public sector operation and procedures a plus
- Microsoft Office competency
- Service oriented individual with an ability to work with customers and coworkers
